In this appendix, it is assumed that your domain name is example.com, your email address is 'username@example.com' and your email password is 'password'. Please note that the email username & password is set from the Email menu from SiteManager, not your account's username & password. It is also assumed that you haven't changed the default subdomain configuration of subdomains pop.example.com, imap.example.com and smtp.example.com.
